Sure, Ally Sentnor is a professional soccer player, was the number one draft pick, has a strike that could dent a Tesla, and all that. But she’s made for so much more.

Ally Sentnor is a believer.

She believes in her sisters, especially the young ones, who might not think they can “just do it.”

She believes that food is not just physical nourishment, but, when prepared and enjoyed together, can nourish the spirit.

She believes that brick walls are only “brick walls” if we recognize them as such — then she knocks them down.
